    Sales Policy

    Product Availability makes every effort to provide current stock status and ship within 1-2 business days upon receipt of payment. In spite of these attempts, items that are listed in our auctions as available may occasionally fall on backorder. IIf, for any reason, your item has not shipped within 7 days, we will notify you of this delay via email. At that time you will be given the option to either cancel your order, or allow it to remain on backorder. If you wish to cancel during this time, you may do so by emailing us.

    KOCASO endeavors to offer you competitive prices on current products and selected refurbished and clearance products. The price you will be charged is the price shown on the day you place your order, plus applicable sales tax and shipping charges. KOCASO reserves the right to change prices for products carried by KOCASO at any time

    To support our customers' shipping needs we provide with premium carriers (UPS, USPS) with Next Day, 2nd Day and standard delivery options available for most items. Delivery times are stated in business days, and do not include order processing times.

    2nd Day - Delivered by the 2nd business day by 5PM
    USPS Priority – Delivery within 2-3 business days
    Standard - Routinely delivered within 3-5 business days

    Products have a flat rate for standard service, unless otherwise noted in the shipping and handling portion of the product description page. For express delivery (USPS Priority, Next Day or 2 nd Day), please email for rate.
    Auction shipping is routinely charged per item. Quantity shipping discount may be available by asking via email.
    All shipping prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. C.O.D. orders cannot be accepted.
