What is covered and for how long?

KOCASO warrants that all KOCASO brand products are free from defects in material and workmanship under normal use and service from the date of purchase by the first consumer purchaser and continuing for 1 year after that date.

What is not covered?

This Limited Warranty does not cover:
A. Any defects or damage resulting from accident, misuse, abnormal use, abnormal conditions, improper storage, exposure to liquid, moisture, dampness, sand or dirt, neglect, or unusual physical, electrical or electromechanical stress.
B. Any ordinary wear and tear, scratches, dents and cosmetic damage.
C. Any defects or damage resulting from excessive force or use of an object when pressing on the touch screen.
D. Any defects or damage resulting from the use of product in conjunction or connection with any other accessories or products not approved by KOCASO.
E. Your warranty will be deemed invalid if repaired or serviced by any repair or service provider not authorized by Kocaso. All warranty issues must be directed directly to Kocaso for service, repair or replacement under the terms of the warranty.
F. Any defects or damage resulting from viruses or other software problems introduced into the product.
G. Any defect or damage to the battery that has been charged by a battery charger not specified or approved by KOCASO for charging the battery.
H. Cracked LCD or touch screens are not covered under the warranty in any circumstance. However, if you receive your tablet with a cracked screen, you must contact us in writing within 14 days from the date the package was delivered to you to arrange for a replacement.
*We understand accidents happen and, as long as you are still within your warranty period, we will replace any cracked or damaged screens for a nominal fee. Please contact us for more details:
What are KOCASO's obligations?

During the warranty period, provided the product is returned in accordance with the terms of this Limited Warranty, KOCASO will repair or replace the product, without charge. KOCASO may, at KOCASO's sole option, use rebuilt, reconditioned, or new parts or components when repairing any product, or may replace product with a rebuilt, reconditioned or new product, AND MAY SUBSTITUTE WITH ANOTHER COLOR OR UPGRADED MODEL THAT IS OF EQUAL OR GREATER VALUE THAN THE RETURNED TABLET, DEPENDING ON AVAILABILITY. Repaired/replaced products will be warranted for a period equal to the remainder of the original Limited Warranty on the original product or for thirty (30) days, whichever is longer. All replaced products, parts, components, boards and equipment shall become the property of KOCASO. This Limited Warranty is extended to the purchaser and is not transferable or assignable to any other person or entity.
How do you obtain warranty service?

To obtain service under this Limited Warranty please contact us directly at for further instructions. If KOCASO determines that any product is not covered by this Limited Warranty, the purchaser must pay all shipping, and labor charges for the return of such product. Please keep a separate backup copy of any contents of the product before delivering the product to KOCASO for warranty service, as some or all of the contents may be deleted or reformatted during the course of warranty service.
What is Not Covered

I. Our tablets LCD screens are guaranteed to be free of dead or stuck pixels for the first 30 days from the date of receipt. Over time, it is normal to see occasional dead or stuck pixels, and although they can be annoying, a bad pixel here and there does not warrant a relacement of the tablet under the warranty. However, after 30 days, we will replace your tablet within the 1 year warranty period if there are 7 or more dead or stuck pixels on the screen. This is an industry average, and includes replacement of the tablet for the exact same model, or in cases where we cannot provide one, a tablet of equal or greater value. *This policy does not refer to tablets with cracked or damaged LCD or touch screens.
