Recycle Responsibly

We not only pride ourselves on creating products and services to enrich your daily digital life, but we also do right by the environment. All e-waste collected by KOCASO-controlled voluntary and regulatory program in the U.S. is processed in the region in which it was collected. Our recyclers must comply with all health and safety laws, and we do not allow the use of prison labor. KOCASO recyclers do not dispose of hazardous electronic waste in solid-waste landfills or incinerators.

We allow consumers a number of efficient ways to help contribute to a greener and better world. We provide a free mail-back program as well as local recycling locations. You can choose the way that works best for you.

Data Sanitization

KOCASO data storage devices are destroyed through our dismantling process:

 •The device's hard drive is removed from the CPU.
 •The hard drive is dismantled and the residual material is then further processed at an audited/certified downstream processor.

Consumers who wish to clear the data off their device prior to returning it for recycling should follow the user guide or manual, then follow the instructions for "Factory reset" or "Resetting the device" (These instructions can commonly be found in the last section of the user guide before the copyright notice and index).

Please follow these quick instructions for Factory reset of Windows and Android tablets:

1) For Windows devices:
Start>Settings> Update & security> Recovery> Get started> Remove everything
PS: The whole process may take 1-2 hours.
2) For Android devices:
Settings>Personal>Backup & reset> Factory data reset> RESET TABLET

Mail-Back for Recycling

You may ship your KOCASO tablet, smart phone, or any other smart device that you're no longer using directly to us. We'll then clear it of all data and recycle it responsibly and at no cost to you.

KOCASO or any other brand tablet, smart phone or smart device qualify for the KOCASO Recycling Program.

We provide free shipping for KOCASO devices. Simply send us the device name, dimension, pictures and manufacturer with your name, address, and phone number to our email box customerservice@globalpct.com. We will reply to you with a shipping label for you to mail the device to us at no cost. Please use USPS priority service and package the device using the standard priority box that you can get from the USPS store for free. Our shipping label covers the cost of package and shipment.

For all other brand devices we do not provide free shipping but you may still ship them to us for responsible recycling. Simply send your devices with your name, address, and phone number to:
